Dr William Sterling has devised a new British Museum tour for us looking at a selection of gold objects from 2400 BC up to 1870 AD. With limited places do book early to avoid disappointment. Please note that this time it is on a Saturday (hoping that the trains will be kinder to us!)

Welling & District Model Engineering Club have kindly agreed to have one of their live steaming days in aid of Cancer Research UK.
We will be there with collecting buckets and a tombola so come and support Cancer Research UK while having a great afternoon out on the miniature steam trains. If you've never been, do come - it's always a fun afternoon.
Time: From 2-5pm
Venue: Electricity Station site close to Falconwood station, just off the Rochester Way
Our panel of experts will include Jim Buttress, the People's Gardener, who presented the Big Allotment Challenge. The rest of the team to be confirmed.
This should be a wonderful afternoon of entertainment and advice.
Pick up some horticultural tips and get your questions prepared. Please submit them before the event if possible.
Time: From 2-4pm Cost: £7.50
Venue: CANE, New Eltham Library, Southwood Road Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
